1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BC Legacy Consulting Group. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. SMS Messaging Program - Description and Use Cases

A2P Required Disclosure: This section describes all SMS use cases and is required for carrier compliance.

2.1 Program Description

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BC Legacy Consulting Group at the mobile number provided under the BC Legacy Consulting Group program. Our SMS messages include, but are not limited to:

Transactional Messages

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Booking confirmations and service updates
• Billing and payment notifications

Informational / Service Messages

• Service status updates
• Policy or Terms changes
• Customer support follow-ups initiated by you

Promotional / Marketing Messages (if applicable)

• New service announcements and event invitations

You will only receive message types for programs you have separately opted in to.

3. Opt-In, Opt-Out and Help Instructions

A2P Required Disclosure: Clear opt-out and help instructions are mandatory for all A2P SMS programs.

3.1 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Texting Yes to 604.763.4279
• Submitting your phone number via our website opt-in form
• Checking the SMS consent box during booking or checkout
• Verbally consenting during a call with our team (recorded with your permission)

3.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of any SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications
• Reply STOP BC Legacy Consulting Group to unsubscribe from this specific program only
• Reply QUIT or CANCEL - these are also accepted opt-out keywords
• Email us at info@bclegacyconsulting.com with your phone number and opt-out request
• Call us at 604.763.4279 during business hours

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out does not delete your account or affect other communications you have consented to.

3.3 Help Instructions

• Reply HELP to receive program information and support contact details
• Reply INFO to receive a summary of the program you are enrolled in

You will receive a response with the program name (BC Legacy Consulting Group), message frequency, how to opt out, and our support contact details.

5. Message and Data Rate Disclosure

A2P Required Disclosure: This section is required verbatim for all A2P SMS programs.

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS message sent or received. These rates vary by carrier and your mobile plan.

Message frequency: up to 5 per month.

We are not responsible for any charges applied by your wireless carrier. For questions about your plan, contact your carrier directly.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

A2P Required Disclosure: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This disclaimer is required.

Carrier liability disclaimer:

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BC Legacy Consulting Group is not responsible for, and shall have no liability relating to, the acts or omissions of wireless carriers.

Factors that may affect message delivery include network availability, carrier-level filtering, device compatibility, and temporary service disruptions.

By opting in, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that neither BC Legacy Consulting Group nor any wireless carrier shall be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays or non-delivery of SMS messages.

7. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to any SMS program operated by BC Legacy Consulting Group.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If BC Legacy Consulting Group discovers that a person under 18 has opted in to our SMS program, we will immediately revoke that consent and delete any personal information collected in connection with the opt-in.
